At Shop Juliana’s, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
